Gameplay

Plants vs. Zombies 2 is a free-to-play game. Unlike its predecessor, it supports in-app purchases of coins to use certain power-ups: Plant Power is a new power-up that grants plants enhancements for varying durations. Each plant gains a unique power-up after acquiring Plant Power. Players can complete levels without purchasing these power-ups; some are acquired through gameplay.
